Terms & conditions

During the bespoke process there will be many opportunities to make changes so that you are 100% happy with your purchase before dispatch.
No money will be taken or requested until the design is finalised then a 50% deposit is to be paid before the making process starts.
A final set of images will be sent to you when the piece is ready for dispatch, for your confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid before your lovely new hat is sent out for delivery.

Delivery

UK postage is FREE! All items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day and will need to be signed for.
International delivery is:
Europe £10.00
USA, Mexico and Canada £17.00
Rest of world £20.00
This covers International Tracked and Signed For (where applicable). If you would prefer your parcel sent via any other form of courier please contact Jen to discuss your requirements.

Returns & exchanges

Bespoke pieces, in accordance with the law, are non refundable.
As every piece is hand made by Jen herself there is a very high level of quality control. Items will not be dispatched until she is 100% happy. However there is always the very rare chance a fault may occur in which case this will be rectified free of charge or a refund will be given (minus return postage).

Please take care when returning your goods. Send well packaged and via an insured tracked postal service, as refunds will not be given for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the goods are received at Lilly Lewis Millinery HQ they will be checked for any signs of wear. A refund will not be given for used items, however, a store credit will be issued instead as a gesture of goodwill.
